Tjedu Moseki

I am an experienced attorney with a strong background in criminal litigation, contract drafting, compliance, and legal research. I have worked across public prosecution, legal aid, private enterprise, and NGO education roles, consistently delivering results in high-pressure environments.

At the Directorate of Public Prosecutions I prepared and conducted criminal trials, handled appeals, instructed counsel and collaborated with police, medical officers and court staff to prosecute cases effectively. In private practice as a legal officer I led contract negotiations, compliance, risk mitigation and dispute resolution through negotiation, mediation and litigation.

My work at Legal Aid involved client consultation, preparing legal documents, case strategy, court assistance and comprehensive legal research; I prioritize cost-effective, ethical solutions and clear client communication. Through part-time NGO work I designed and delivered educational programs, trained community members, and connected citizens with support services.

I pursue continuous professional development in advocacy, compliance, data protection and project management, and I bring analytical, negotiation and interpersonal skills to improve organizational outcomes and support access to justice.
