What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my accounting, SEC reporting, audit, and close-process experience to complex financial reporting and compliance work across diverse organizations.

I've supported accounting and financial reporting engagements through Robert Half, including general ledger accounting, grant accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, audit support, and federal and state grant reporting for higher education, manufacturing, and technology clients.

At American Renal Associates, I transformed trial balances into 10-Q and 10-K financial statements, managed SEC filing processes, prepared footnotes and MD&A, and handled equity, stock compensation, revenue, accrual, and expense entries. I also partnered closely with external auditors and researched newly issued FASB standards.

My background also includes senior accounting at Charles River Laboratories and audit leadership at DiCicco, Gulman & Company and CohnReznick, covering GAAP, SEC reporting, SOX controls, tax returns, compliance testing, staff training, and audit planning through report issuance.
