I established Azure resource naming and tagging standards, implemented Azure Policy controls, and built a provisioning pipeline that checks governance requirements before resources are created. I also automated ServiceNow change-management workflows through Azure DevOps and REST APIs.
At Logility (American Software), I documented application installation and configuration procedures, then turned them into reusable PowerShell automation and deployment patterns. I also built and maintained CI/CD pipelines and automated infrastructure provisioning across cloud and on-premises environments.
Earlier, at Bossa Nova Robotics, I built and maintained Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline workflows and provisioned AWS infrastructure. At Kroger, I automated application delivery and standardized infrastructure provisioning across Azure and AWS.
