I’m a capable pharmacy team member who stays safety-oriented and well-organized while preparing and meeting customer needs. I’m confident coordinating with insurance providers, prescribers, and individuals to address issues and keep workflows moving smoothly.

In hospital and outpatient settings, I’ve assisted in dispensing injections and drugs, checking prescriptions for the right patient, and supporting accurate documentation in areas like theater pharmacy, dispensary pharmacy, national health insurance scheme support, and children’s pharmacy. I’ve also supported counseling by assisting in checking prescriptions and filling prescriptions, while maintaining good relationship building at the pharmacy counter.

My experience extends to compounding and skin pharmacy work, including producing hypochlorite and compounding creams such as 5-flurouracil cream and zinc oxide pastes. I’ve contributed to reducing prescription wait times by promptly addressing refill requests and insurance authorizations, while also handling billing and dispensing, labeling, packaging, shelving, and supplying medications for inpatients and outpatients.
