What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining clinical or pharmacy support with operational responsibilities where I can apply my organizational skills, attention to detail, and patient-facing experience while growing professionally.

I am a Biochemistry student graduating May 2025 from Cal State University Long Beach with practical experience across clinical, pharmacy, and retail operations. I bring a detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills developed through varied customer-facing roles.

In clinical settings I supported front-desk operations, performed pre-testing procedures, maintained insurance records in Excel, and helped optimize workflow to improve patient care. In pharmacy I gained knowledge of over-the-counter medications, verified prescriptions, assisted with CAIR paperwork review, and supported inventory management.

In operations and retail roles I managed invoices, orders, financial transactions, employee records, time audits, and food-cost tracking, and I created promotional materials to increase store visibility. My background includes cash handling, multitasking, and certified food handling experience.

I communicate conversational Cantonese, prioritize attention to detail, and consistently focus on delivering efficient, accurate service—qualities I aim to bring to a position in clinical support, pharmacy assistance, or operational coordination.
