Painting & Decorating Estimator with Topcoats who priced and managed residential and commercial decorating projects.
ThailandWhat I'm looking for
At Topcoats, I founded and operated a painting and decorating business serving residential and commercial customers. I assessed project requirements, inspected surfaces, and prepared quotations covering labour, materials, preparation, and finishes.
I managed projects from the initial enquiry and quotation through scheduling, completion, and payment. My practical trade experience helped me identify preparation needs and additional work, and set realistic project pricing and timescales.
I built the business through recommendations, repeat customers, advertising, website enquiries, social media, and direct approaches. I'm now based in Thailand and seeking remote estimating opportunities where I can use my painting and decorating experience to assess projects and prepare estimates.
