Tatenda Ndoro

I am a Class 1 fitter machinist with extensive experience in machining and maintenance fitting within the mining industry. My journey began with a National Certificate in Machineshop from Harare Polytechnic College, where I honed my skills in various machining techniques. Over the years, I have developed a strong foundation in mechanical fitting, working with reputable companies such as Paddock Gears and Engineering and RIO ZIM CAM & MOTOR MINE.

In my current role as a Mechanical Shift Chargehand, I lead a dedicated team of professionals, ensuring the smooth operation of plant machinery and compliance with safety regulations. My responsibilities include attending to plant breakdowns, compiling reports, and delegating tasks effectively. I take pride in my ability to solve problems under pressure and maintain a high standard of work, which has contributed to the success of the teams I have led.
