At Kamoa Copper S.A./ Mutanda Mine, I investigated a boiler replacement where complete OEM drawings were unavailable. I measured the existing boiler and assemblies, reconstructed missing information, and developed or updated general arrangement, assembly, and fabrication drawing information.
At Zimbabwe Phosphate Industries (ZimPhos), I produced and reviewed mechanical, civil, and instrumentation drawings for plant projects. I also prepared BOQs and material requirements and supported projects from site measurement and design through installation and commissioning.
At the Scientific & Industrial Research and Development Centre (SIRDC) – Metallurgical Research Institute, I prepared layouts, detailed mechanical and fabrication drawings, and technical documentation for mining, industrial, agricultural, and manufacturing projects. My work included machinery such as ball mills and hammer mills, as well as bills of materials and estimating inputs for fabrication, machining, and casting.
