At Nomura Structured Finance, I manage end-to-end onboarding across 15–20 global FX trading platforms, helping clients become operationally ready while supporting accurate pricing and execution.

I resolve failed trades, pricing discrepancies, and system exceptions across the trade lifecycle. I also monitor client credit limits, coordinate approvals with risk and trading teams, and maintain strong compliance and service controls.

My London assignment gave me direct exposure to international market operations, global client servicing, and cross-regional stakeholder coordination. I work closely with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Sales, and Technology to improve workflows and client experience.

Previously at Interactive Brokers, I supported retail and institutional clients across FX, equities, derivatives, and fixed income. I used Jira, Confluence, and Trader Workstation to investigate execution issues, manage onboarding, and deliver timely account support.
