I am a customer-focused retail professional with multiple years of hands-on shop experience across sales, stock management and customer service. I bring practical knowledge of POS operations, inventory control, merchandising and warehouse tasks.

I hold a Professional Certificate Level 2 in Sales Activities and vocational qualifications in Graphic Design and Prepress, which support my attention to visual presentation and product displays. I have worked in fast-paced retail environments where I handled cash, prepared orders, restocked shelves and maintained store presentation.

My technical skills include Adobe CC, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Canva and comfortable use of Windows 10/11; I also use tools such as ChatGPT to support problem-solving and efficiency. I speak Spanish and Catalan natively, have B2 English certification, and am learning Dutch.
