My research uses methods including Western blotting, qPCR, vascular reactivity assays, and H9c2 cell culture. I analyze biological datasets with Microsoft Excel and GraphPad Prism and prepare statistical models, figures, and technical reports.
I also manage preclinical animal welfare procedures under SAVC training, present research at scientific conferences, and mentor junior researchers and students in laboratory procedures and safety.
