At Genzeon, I architect and implement speech-driven automation for Dragon Professional across Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and Copilot. I delivered Show Numbers for voice interaction and engineered a Dynamic Command framework for invoking controls.
I also resolved a critical Dragon 16.2 performance regression and addressed selection, correction, dictation, and command-navigation defects across New Outlook, Teams, and Copilot. I guide development and QA through design reviews, validation, defect triage, and release readiness.
At RAVSoft Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., I worked on Unity PACS, a RIS-PACS-reporting platform, where I implemented a security mechanism to prevent HTTP response tampering identified in a customer audit. I also resolved customer-critical defects and performance issues.
On Radiology Viewer, I led a desktop-to-web modernization initiative, worked with backend developers to improve performance and reliability, and upgraded the application to 64-bit to address crashes when loading large image volumes. I also developed an importer tool and a purge algorithm to support radiology workflows.
