At Amzur Technologies, I’m defining the greenfield architecture for Wellgistics Health’s prescription-routing and AI-agent orchestration platform. I also evolved a production Vapi voice agent that handles 500–1,000 calls per day, adding agent tools, RAG-based tools, and structured outputs.
At Optum (UnitedHealth Group), I led two engineering teams and designed a shared Workflow engine adopted by three applications. I also delivered .NET modernization across eight enterprise applications and helped replace a third-party clinical alert service with Clinical360, which processes 15,000–18,000 clinical alerts per day.
