I'm looking to apply my mechanical design, analysis, and simulation skills to real-world engineering challenges and innovative industry projects.

I'm a Mechanical Engineering student at NUST, contributing to the NUST Formula Student Team through powertrain design, simulation, and technical development.

I design exhaust manifolds and intake geometries in SolidWorks, using ANSYS for structural, thermal, and CFD simulations. My refined runner-length calculations and mesh optimization improved CFD prediction accuracy by 32% and reduced simulated airflow losses by 18%.

I've also researched aluminum T4 and SS304 for prosthetics and orthopedic braces, proposing a hybrid design that improved the weight-strength balance by about 27%. Alongside engineering work, I support sponsor outreach, partner coordination, and technical communication for Formula Student initiatives.
