At Habib Bank Limited, I helped close a ~USD 90mn financing for BYD’s electric vehicle manufacturing and assembly plant. I worked with British International Investment on the local syndicate and coordinated with the State Bank of Pakistan on a financing solution and regulatory submissions.
I also built the LBO and returns model for Maple Leaf Cement’s acquisition of Pioneer Cement, which syndicating banks used as a benchmark. My other transaction work included due diligence, financial modelling, credit approvals and structured financing.
At K-Electric Ventures, I assess new-venture and investment opportunities across energy transition, electric mobility, battery manufacturing and digital infrastructure. On an interim basis, I cover K-Nova’s financial modelling function, building tariff and three-statement models for renewable-energy projects.
