Syed Usama

My path began with a Bachelor's in Math and Physics at University of Punjab, where I developed analytical thinking. I'm now interested in using critical thinking and data evaluation to improve AI model accuracy, alignment, and helpfulness.

I'm currently learning cybersecurity and ethical hacking and exploring systems as an independent security researcher. I’ve responsibly identified and reported issues to companies such as inDrive and Tomorrowland.

As a Customer Service Representative at Fast Practice Innovation Ltd. and Ufone, I interacted with clients in English and Urdu and collaborated with international partners on national surveys for UN projects. I also use Linux and terminal commands and explore OSINT techniques.
