At TIME dotCom Berhad, I manage fault detection and troubleshooting for DWDM transmission networks across ZTE and Nokia platforms. I investigate fiber breaks, optical performance issues, and equipment alarms to restore services and maintain network reliability.
Previously at Institut Sukan Negara Malaysia, I developed a Lab Booking System using Laravel PHP and built ISN Niaga through WordPress. My work received Second Place in Kumpulan Inovatif Kreatif (KIK KBS 2023).
I've also developed mobile and web solutions at ALKAFF MOBILE, including the Beta Alkaff Mobile app for Android and iOS and server deployments through cPanel.
With a Graphic and Multimedia background, I bring visual communication, programming, and network engineering together. I enjoy solving complex challenges, building seamless user experiences, and growing through innovative technology projects.
