Suzanne Vancea

I am someone who’s passionate, who always strives to learn. I’m organised and detail oriented, and I bring strong social skills thanks to my previous job. I care about doing things safely, consistently, and with clear communication.

In my professional experience, I handled order picking at STEF in Fuveau (sept. 2025 - march. 2026), sharpening my reliability and attention to detail. Alongside that, I volunteered as an Exercice rider / Stable manager / Teacher with SHR Pays du Gois (sept. 2021 - avr. 2022), supporting national showjumping and stable operations. I focused on stable management, stable upkeep, exercising horses, and taking horses to competitions, including CCI 5* de Pau.

I also built my teaching background through DEJEPS (2024 - 2025) for horseriding trainer, BPJEPS (2023 - 2024) for horseriding teacher, and Animateur d’Equitation (2023) at Ecole d’Equitation des Presnes. I welcomed and assisted clients of the boarding house, helped children prepare ponies, and supported day-to-day routines like taking horses to the walker/paddocks. I’ve participated in competition environments and eventing/showjumping contexts, translating training plans into practical on-site work.

From internships, I gained hands-on experience in stable upkeep, exercising school horses, and caring for horses (including small injuries). I’ve supported routines such as exercising the school horses, preparing horses for rides, and ensuring horses are well looked after before training and events. I want to continue combining structured horse care, confident instruction, and a calm, professional presence with a team that values learning and responsibility.
