At Autiot Engineering and Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd., I support ABB 800xA and Compact HMI engineering and commissioning, including controller configuration, application development, and on-site system upgrades.
On the Minera Steel — CGP Commissioning project, I supported an upgrade from Siemens to ABB 800xA, installed ABB 800xA System 6.2, and developed control logic from scratch. I also performed Control Panel and RIO testing and supported FAT and SAT activities.
Across projects for Tata Steel, MP Birla Cement, HNSS, Sugar, and Gold Mining, I’ve supported commissioning work involving control logic, communication setup, drive trials, sequence testing, PID trials, and HMI development.
