I’m a fresher Data Analyst with hands-on project experience analyzing datasets up to 145K+ records across telecom, logistics, and e-commerce. I enjoy turning raw data into clear, actionable, data-driven decisions that help teams move faster and with confidence.

I’ve delivered 3 end-to-end projects focused on root cause analysis, predictive analytics, and business intelligence reporting. In customer churn, I analyzed 7,032 customer records to uncover a 15x difference in churn (month-to-month vs. two-year plans) and identified high-risk customers before they left.

My churn project also translated findings into execution: I built a predictive analytics model that flagged 1,703 high-risk customers and delivered an interactive Power BI dashboard tracking churn by contract type, service, and risk level. In food delivery performance, I used SQL window functions and CTEs on 145,000+ orders to pinpoint delay drivers, finding high-workload periods increased delivery time by 10.6% and recommending a dynamic resource allocation approach.

I strengthened my foundation through a Deloitte virtual internship (via Forage) and a 9-month Data Analytics with Generative AI program at CodingWise. I cleaned and structured datasets with Excel (Power Query and pivot tables), built a Tableau dashboard, and completed training across SQL, Python, statistics, and data analytics—so I can support stakeholders with analysis and storytelling, end-to-end.
