At Quess Corp, I developed and maintained complex Automation Anywhere 360 bots and Power Automate Desktop and Cloud flows, with reusable frameworks, centralized logging, retry mechanisms, credential management, and standardized deployment patterns.

I've led end-to-end automation delivery—from requirement gathering and PDD/SDD documentation through solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and performance optimization. My work includes REST API integration, Python scripting, Azure services, ServiceNow, Postman, SQL, and Microsoft 365 integrations.

I also provide technical leadership for RPA initiatives by evaluating automation opportunities, mentoring developers, reviewing solutions, managing stakeholders, and building scalable automation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
