I’m a Senior Technical Lead specializing in Intel Windows graphics driver validation and customer-facing triage. At UST Global for an Intel client, I’ve driven BKC/PV triage and debug across 100+ Dell/HP/Lenovo configurations, focusing on rapid isolation and durable fixes.

I own end-to-end RCA from OEM repro to the fix, with deep expertise in system stability. My work covers TDR root-cause analysis, BSOD dump analysis, and hang/live-lock debugging, while also reducing OEM escalations by correlating ETL and GPUView traces to driver faults.

I go beyond first-line troubleshooting: I perform deep log analytics using ETL, GPUView, and runtime/media/display/camera driver logs. I’m specialized in VP dump and Codechal dump analysis for encode/decode issues, and I understand the full pipeline from app → UMD → KMD → HW.

I also lead execution and advocate for faster outcomes—running war-rooms to isolate BSOD blockers to TDR in Codechal via VP dump + ETL, and driving fixes within a BKC cycle to prevent launch slip. I’ve been a single point of contact during Gen11–Gen14 architecture transitions, translating 1000+ OEM bugs into HSD-ES entries and cutting debug latency by 40%.
