At Protokol, I designed B2B SaaS and mobile products, including every screen of the Kredential student Holder Wallet and university Enterprise Wallet. I built the design system together with the lead designer.
For Kredential, I redesigned onboarding with a custom mascot and visual examples; user testing showed 25% faster walkthroughs and 20% fewer questions in demos. My edge-case work also cut QA issues by 25%.
Since 2024, I’ve worked as a freelance UI/UX & Web Designer with paprat.io. I redesigned the Mali Plac website and built it in WordPress / Elementor Pro; the client reported exceeding its goal of 5% more customers. I also built Plodno Življenje’s wellness membership platform in Kajabi.
