In my current independent finance work, I’ve built three-statement models for five companies, including LG Electronics, Voltas, and Bluestar. I’ve developed five-year forecasts, DCF valuations, and sensitivity analyses, and prepared an investment memo for Voltas Limited.

At Gallagher and Mohan’s Financial Analysis Wing, I built an underwriting model from scratch and performed HLBV analysis for four assets. I also led budgeting and forecasting for a 10-asset office portfolio, using financial statements and Yardi and CoStar market data to assess performance.

Earlier, at CBRE India, I led valuations across 45 mandates, and at Anvil Real Estate Analytics I analyzed more than 30 acquisition deals and built an Excel market dashboard. Before moving into finance, I worked as a Process Engineer at ONGC Mangalore Petrochemical Limited, where I built an Excel VBA tool for plant reporting and analyzed operations that reduced fuel costs by 6%.
