From May 20, 2022 to till date at NTT DATA Information Processing Services Pvt Ltd, I work as an Information Technology Analyst, delivering backend capabilities across Web API, MVC, and microservices architecture. I implement authentication and authorization using JWT and OAuth, set up CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, and support cloud deployment on Azure App Services.

I’ve consistently improved performance by reducing API response time by ~30% through code tuning and database optimization. I also strengthen quality through unit testing with xUnit and Moq, provide production support using monitoring tools like Dynatrace, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum while mentoring juniors on best practices and debugging techniques.
