At Trideca Pty. Ltd., I migrate MuleSoft integrations to Workato and develop integrations for SAGE and BASWARE, automating the transfer of finance and project data. I also moved PowerShell-based automations into Workato recipes and built Concur expense workflows that process XML attachments and raise ServiceNow incidents for missing report IDs.

At Trideca, I build ServiceNow catalogs and multi-stage workflows, develop Business Rules and UI policies, and manage CMDB health. I also configured the CAB Workbench and maintain PHP code and scheduled scripts for the annual Christmas card competition application.

At Streamline Healthcare Solutions, I developed .NET application enhancements and completed a proof of concept for large file uploads and PDF viewing. I worked with C#, RESTful APIs, SQL, and Azure CI/CD pipelines, and handled testing and defect resolution.

Earlier, I supported IT operations and web applications at NTT Data, and worked on CARTUS application development at NTT Data and Dell Services. My experience includes C# and .NET development, SQL Server, SSIS packages, application maintenance, and project documentation; I hold Workato Foundation Level 1 and Microsoft .NET certifications.
