At Bank of America, I develop Python and SQL applications for a trade and risk consolidation platform, supporting trade data and reporting. I’ve also developed production conversational AI systems using Rasa Pro, Rasa CALM, and LLM-based pipelines.
On the UAT Support Agent project, I built a multi-agent workflow that triggers backend batch jobs and returns results in chat, reducing data-load request turnaround from hours to minutes. I also developed Optimus, an enterprise chatbot integrated with Symphony, and completed projects in traffic-flow prediction and video-based action classification.
