What I'm looking for

I’m interested in developing expertise in financial modelling, LBO and DCF forecasting, business performance analysis, acquisition and valuation.

At R.G.N. Price & Co., I worked on banking, corporate and internal audit engagements, including analyzing banking advances using 35–40 parameters to identify potentially stressed accounts and assess NPA risks.

I performed branch audits, contributed to Long Form Audit Reports, and completed statutory audits across manufacturing, service and trading businesses. My work also included reviewing financial statements, analyzing variances and carrying out Form 3CD tax audits.

I also conducted banking process audits covering early warning signals, anti-money laundering controls and liquidity reporting, and evaluated internal controls across business processes. I’m interested in developing expertise in financial modelling, LBO and DCF forecasting, business performance analysis, acquisition and valuation.
