I’m a Product Designer with 4+ years of experience turning complex real-world problems into clear, user-centered digital products. I work across research, strategy, UX, and UI to translate business goals into scalable experiences.

In my current role leading product design for an emergency healthcare ecosystem, I led research with 100+ participants to uncover gaps in emergency response, patient data continuity, and healthcare accessibility. I shaped product strategy and experience architecture across interconnected products, designing offline-first experiences, AI-assisted triage workflows, and emergency coordination for low-connectivity environments.

Previously, I designed agricultural data platforms for farmers and field agents, creating dashboards that turn IoT and agricultural data into actionable insights and building USSD/feature-phone experiences for low-connectivity users. I’ve also delivered freelance work across telemedicine and hospital management, and a cooperative finance platform where I uncovered trust and transparency needs and designed USSD-based and web dashboard workflows.
