What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my ServiceNow/cloud operations experience, contribute to secure and reliable systems, and grow by taking on challenging projects while learning new technologies.

I’m an Application Development Associate with hands-on experience managing Zabbix incidents and coordinating change requests through ServiceNow. At Accenture, I monitored and resolved memory and threshold issues, handled server decommissioning, performed regular backups, and used Splunk to improve performance and reliability.

Most recently, I work as an AI Data Annotator, where I annotate and label data for AI/ML models and review datasets for accuracy while maintaining quality and consistency across image/text/audio annotation tasks. I’m motivated by challenging projects, eager to learn new technologies, and committed to teamwork—backed by projects in DBMS, web development, computer graphics, and a final-year ML chatbot focused on disease prediction and treatment recommendations.
