At Sofrecom Sfax, I designed a Python model to predict contract closing cycles and deployed version-tracked model pipelines on Google Cloud Platform’s Vertex AI. I also developed a Flask backend integrated with Firebase Security and an Angular frontend for predictive analytics.
On the BIAT Semantic Chatbot System project, I developed a semantic chatbot with session and user profile management. I implemented TF-IDF text vectorization to map inputs to 200 predefined intents and deployed inference models on Hugging Face Spaces.
I developed credit risk and fraud detection pipelines, including data preparation and model evaluation, and deployed their inference interfaces using Streamlit and Hugging Face. My work also includes a medical management platform with patient records, appointment scheduling, role-based access control, and prescription workflows.
As a Lead Technical Trainer / Instructor, I lead a Flutter mobile development curriculum, designed a self-paced introduction to Python, and currently manage and mentor an advanced Machine Learning with Python cohort. I hold Microsoft certifications in Azure AI Engineering and Azure AI Fundamentals.
