I am a recent graduate in Computer Science with a strong foundation in data analysis and customer support. My educational journey has equipped me with the necessary skills to thrive in a dynamic work environment. I am currently pursuing my MSc in Computer Science at the Federal Urdu University, where I am honing my technical abilities and expanding my knowledge base.

My professional experience includes working as a Customer Support Representative at Gerry's Visa, where I manage inquiries related to passport and visa applications for over 15 countries. Additionally, I completed a Power BI simulation internship at PwC Switzerland, where I developed dashboards to effectively convey key performance indicators. My technical skills include proficiency in Python, SQL, and Power BI, which I have applied in various data analysis projects.
