What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a clinical coding and documentation improvement role where I can strengthen DRG integrity, documentation quality, payer authorization, denial prevention, and compliant revenue recovery.

I bring 15+ years of UAE healthcare experience across clinical coding, documentation improvement, case management, and nursing. I currently support utilization review, authorizations, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary care coordination at Lifecare Hospital within Burjeel Holdings.
