I'm currently coding inpatient and outpatient records at NMC Specialty Hospital in Dubai, including claim submission and approval work. I analyze patient records for completeness, assign accurate codes, and support the OP team as an internal auditor and trainer.

Previously at Miramed Ajuba Global Services, I coded IP MS-DRG, ED professional and facility, outpatient, and E/M records using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and ICD-10-PCS. I reviewed and abstracted medical records daily while maintaining 100% accuracy and productivity goals, and received multiple Star of the Month awards and a Super Star of the Year Excellence Quality Award.

I've also worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions on ER, facility, and hospital coding. I bring hands-on experience with Epic, Citrix, 3M, Embiliz, and Parallon, along with medical necessity auditing, documentation review, and HIPAA-compliant coding.
