I am seeking a role that allows me to innovate in education, collaborate with passionate professionals, and contribute to student success.

I am Shweta Velandy, a passionate educator with over 15 years of professional experience, including more than 8 years dedicated to teaching Grades 2, 3, and 4. My journey began in the media industry, but I found my true calling in education, where I have designed course curricula, fostered relationships with educational leaders, and initiated impactful business partnerships. I take pride in leading the development of a finishing course for aspiring teachers, ensuring that my contributions positively impact students and professionals alike.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated my commitment to student success. As a teacher at Gems Legacy School in Dubai, I have not only taught core subjects like English, Math, and Environmental Studies but also coordinated the Student Council elections, fostering leadership skills among students. My dedication has been recognized with multiple Blue Ribbon Awards for excellence in teaching. I thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with fellow educators to create engaging lesson plans and a supportive learning atmosphere.
