At Samsung SDS, I built backend services for the Samsung Flagship Store’s queue management and token generation system, including REST APIs for real-time queue state and staff-facing operations.

I also managed Adobe Experience Manager content operations for Samsung product launch pages, handling digital assets, approval workflows, publishing, and on-page SEO for 14+ flagship products.

I recently designed and deployed an end-to-end RAG-based EV advisory platform grounded in owner reviews, expert sources, and vehicle specifications. It combines LangChain agent orchestration, FAISS retrieval, Google Gemini embeddings, and live policy search.

I added scope guardrails and multi-language responses, exposed authenticated REST endpoints with FastAPI, and deployed the application in Docker. I also developed a separate FastAPI service for registration, login, and protected profiles using JWT authentication.
