At Ares Management, I independently manage controllership for Ares Private Markets Fund (APMF), a $5B+ NAV private equity fund, as part of a lean India–US team. I oversee fund accounting, review fees and distribution waterfalls, and coordinate period-end close and audits.
I also oversee operational management of a $1.7 billion syndicated credit facility involving seven lenders, including liquidity analysis, funding forecasts, drawdowns, and repayments. I coordinate end-to-end closing activities for private equity investments ranging from USD 40 million to USD 750 million.
Previously, I was an Associate at Goldman Sachs and a Senior Analyst and Private Equity Analyst at Blackstone, supporting private equity and real estate fund accounting and reporting. I’m a Chartered Accountant and hold FMVA® and FTIP™ credentials, with experience in fund controllership, valuation, and financial analysis.
