I’m a Data Engineer & Analyst focused on turning business requirements into reliable reporting systems—Snowflake EDW layers, ETL pipelines, and KPI-driven dashboards. I build dimensional models and ensure the reporting layer stays trustworthy across Finance, HR, and Operations.

In my current role at DecisionTree Analytics & Services, I designed and built Snowflake EDW (L0–L2) as a single reporting layer for multiple downstream BI consumers. I model fact and dimension tables (star/snowflake schemas), orchestrate incremental loads with Snowflake Tasks, and tune SQL performance while integrating CCH, Star, and UKG source systems.

I own source-to-target reconciliation using row counts, control totals, and duplicate/null checks, with structured exception-investigation workflows to maintain data integrity. I also handle live discrepancies and ETL incidents against client SLA/ticket timelines to keep in-flight delivery running smoothly.

I translate requirements into KPI definitions, source mappings, and reporting logic, then deliver Tableau dashboards for leadership reviews—covering Revenue, Billing, WIP, AR, and Utilization with YoY/TTM views. Earlier, as a Data Analyst Intern at Pelatis Technologies, I supported Adobe Analytics funnel and engagement tracking, and helped produce post-campaign results including 4× higher reach and 10% higher conversion vs. baseline.
