At Public Works Department (PWD), Kolkata Central Health Division, I supported on-site construction and quality assurance for a G+9 hospital building project at NRS Hospital. I applied National Building Code principles to assess material usage and construction compliance.
I documented finishing works, architectural designs, and fireproofing installations, and assisted site engineers in theory classes on foundation engineering, structural analysis, and construction materials.
As an intern on Kolkata Metro Railway Corporation Ltd. (KMRCL) – East-West Metro Tunnel Project, Kolkata, I gained practical exposure to underground tunneling, geotechnical monitoring, and batching plant operations. I also studied engineering solutions for tunneling through Bowbazar’s subsidence-prone zone.
At SRIJAN, Jadavpur University, I designed and exhibited a structural model demonstrating the load-carrying capacity of arched structures. My technical skills include AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and Microsoft Office tools.
