I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from CMR Institute of Technology. Throughout my education, I have developed a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and gained practical experience through various projects. One of my notable projects was the development of an automatic solar tracking system, which involved using LDRs and servo motors to optimize energy production. This project allowed me to deepen my understanding of renewable energy technologies and their applications.
Another project I worked on was the design and development of glasses for blind individuals. By incorporating a LIDAR sensor, I was able to create eyewear that helps blind people identify obstacles at head level. This project not only challenged me to think creatively but also highlighted the importance of using technology to improve the lives of others.
During my internship at Cognizant, I focused on software testing and gained proficiency in both manual and automation testing methodologies. I worked with Selenium TestNG to automate test scripting and executed rigorous test plans to ensure software quality and functionality. I also had the opportunity to collaborate with a team to automate testing for the ZigWheels website, further enhancing my skills in automation testing principles and methodologies.
