In my recent role at Storylane (YC-S21), I built an intelligent SDR (LilyAI) trained to handle product conversations, qualify leads, and book meetings. I implemented asynchronous Python data pipelines to ingest and index unstructured assets into searchable state for agent recommendations, and I added automated alerting and an A/B testing mechanism for demo performance metrics.

Before that, at Torchbox, I integrated OpenAI Chat APIs into an internal RNIB tool using custom embeddings, cutting query resolution time by 50%. I also delivered robust search and performance improvements (Elasticsearch with index rotation, PostgreSQL trigram indexing), increased test coverage, and developed SVG-based puzzle and editor features—reducing design-related support tickets by 30% and improving asset turnaround time by 25%.
