I review stock movement, physical verification, and reconciliations across locations, as well as sales, collections, expenses, and payments. I also assess depot risks involving stock availability, pricing, receivables, cash management, and documentation.
I develop and improve Google Sheets reporting and monitoring systems for sales, inventory, expenses, deposits, and operational data. I prepare audit observations and management reports, and coordinate with teams to resolve findings and strengthen processes.
