At IKS, I transcribe and document patient encounters, including histories, physical exams, and progress notes. I maintain an accuracy rate above 97% while meeting productivity targets of 100+ reports per week.

I edit dictated reports for clarity and completeness, and manage patient charts in EHR systems. I use Epic and Allscripts to support efficient access to documentation.

I correct AI-generated auto chart notes and design and check prompts for generating them. I also implement quality control measures to support accurate, consistent records.

My background includes a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Saraswati Dhanwantari Dental College and hospital and medical scribe training at IKS, Navi Mumbai. I follow HIPAA requirements and assist with training new transcriptionists on documentation standards and audio software.
