Shaya Karim
@shayakarim
Junior data analyst and software developer building a Power BI analysis of 380 Premier League matches and database-driven web applications.
Trinidad and TobagoWhat I'm looking for
I built FootNetTT, a full-stack e-commerce website for the Trinidad and Tobago market. It loads football jerseys from a MySQL database and includes league pages, session-based authentication, an admin panel, and a shopping cart with size and stock handling.
For my Premier League 2025/26 Match Analysis project, I built a Power BI dashboard from 380 match records and used Python to compare home and away results. I also rebuilt the league table from match results and created dbt and DuckDB models with nine data tests.
I hold a BSc in Applied Computer Science from Anglia Ruskin University (UK), via SAM, and have hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and PHP/MySQL web development. I’m seeking a junior data or software role in the UK, and I’m also open to remote roles.
