I am seeking a role that allows me to leverage my legal and managerial skills in a dynamic environment, focusing on compliance and strategic growth.

I am an experienced Company Secretary and a law graduate with a demonstrated history of working in Secretarial, legal & Insolvency profiles. Skilled in Corporate Law, Legal Assistance, Corporate Compliances, Due Diligence, and Insolvency Matters.

While I haven’t directly handled M&A transactions, I’ve been exposed to restructuring and transaction-support documentation and am now actively building capabilities to transition into contract lifecycle and M&A support roles.
