I support athletes through evidence-based rehabilitation, movement assessment, and strength programming, drawing on my background as a competitive swimmer and university-level table tennis and badminton champion.
During my Sports Physical Therapy Residency at Riphah International University, I provided pitch-side assessment and injury management at the Pink Games 2026 and supported athletes at the 35th National Games, Punjab. I also screened youth wrestling and boxing athletes in mixed martial arts training environments.
At Springfield Physiotherapy Centre, I conducted musculoskeletal assessments and created individualized exercise, mobility, and strength programs. I coached safe movement patterns, educated clients on injury prevention, and collaborated with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
