Through NGTAcademy’s NCSA and FSNA program, I’m studying cybersecurity and networking, applying my diagnostic troubleshooting background to digital forensics and cybersecurity work.
I hold an active Secret Clearance and have hands-on training in network security, digital forensics, cybersecurity fundamentals, and incident analysis.
At Us Army, I diagnosed vehicle malfunctions with diagnostic equipment, technical manuals, and schematics, then isolated causes to determine repairs. I also guided new mechanics on repair techniques.
At Schneider Electric, I assembled mechanical and electrical components to production specifications and inspected finished products against quality standards. My other maintenance and installation work included diagnosing equipment and connectivity issues and documenting repairs.
