At BelkaCar, I lead a team of 1–4 iOS engineers and stay hands-on with development. I introduced a technical-debt backlog that helps product and business stakeholders compare technical improvements with feature work.

I maintain the GitHub Actions and Fastlane pipeline for weekly iOS releases, automating signing, tests, TestFlight publication, internal distribution, and diagnostic uploads. I also improved resilience under unstable network conditions with automatic API endpoint discovery and safe failover.

Before BelkaCar, I developed features for SKB Online and DeloBank at SKB Lab. I defined the architecture and technology stack for a new iOS product and designed SPM-based module boundaries to support incremental builds and code reuse.
