What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to construction, EPC, or EPCIC projects where I can strengthen project planning and controls capabilities through Primavera P6, BIM-based scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, and claims support.

I'm currently planning the rehabilitation and upgradation of RTI Hyderabad and 13 GDs Package-2 for M/S Ali Builders, supporting schedules, progress reporting, forecasts, dashboards, and stakeholder coordination.

Previously, at Palm Builders and Developers, I developed Level 6 baseline schedules, cost and resource loading, cash flows, S-curves, recovery schedules, and EOT documentation for residential developments. I use Primavera P6, Power BI, Revit, Synchro 4D, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ETABS to connect planning with visual progress tracking and quantity surveying.
