In my most recent role at Dobrinescu Dobrev, I advised on a €2M real estate acquisition, leading negotiations and structuring terms to ensure compliance with international standards. I have a strong track record in drafting and optimizing partnership agreements, managing corporate restructuring, and resolving urgent tax disputes through strategic negotiation.

Previously, at Rödl & Partner, I supported due diligence and contract negotiations for a €4M cross-border industrial acquisition and handled numerous corporate lifecycle events, ensuring compliance while minimizing operational disruptions. As an independent legal consultant, I also developed market-entry strategies and financial models for startups, integrating legal and business considerations to support scalable growth.
